Returns
Lacas Coffee proudly guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order at info@lacascoffee.com. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking and processing fee.

Registration
When you place an order we create an account for you, which will make your future orders process more quickly and enjoyably. During account creation a user is required to give their name, email address, and a password, as well as basic contact, and shipping information. This information is used for the processing of your order, and as contact information should there be any problem with the order. Under no circumstances will Lacas Coffee sell or share this information with any other parties.

Ordering
In order to fulfill each order to Lacas Coffee, a user must provide certain financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number). This information is used for billing purposes only. This information is taken in a secure area, is encrypted for our customers' protection, and is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances.

Shipping
Lacas Coffee will not ship to PO Box addresses, or ship with instructions to “leave on porch” or any instructions which will not allow a signature to be obtained. If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the Buyer is responsible for payment of all return shipping charges. For all deliveries outside the state of New Jersey, the Customer is solely responsible for all taxes or fees levied by any taxing authority in the State of delivery.
